Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind every DribbleZone product. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Lightly used items that show normal training wear are still eligible for a refund, because we want you to actually test your mat.

 

How to Start a Return: Email our support team at support@thedribblezone.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address. Please do not send the product back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

 

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.

 

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

 

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, free Grip Socks included as part of a bundle are non-returnable once opened. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-refundable.

 

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue still isn't resolved, contact us and we'll help track it down.
