Thank you for shopping with DribbleZone. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times: We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 5-10 business days for the United States, 7-12 business days for Canada, 7-14 business days for the UK and Europe, 8-15 business days for Australia and New Zealand, and 10-20 business days for the rest of the world. These times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping seasons such as holidays or major sporting events.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please email us at support@thedribblezone.com.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
